The only thing I was disappointed in was one of the cards didn't print the complete signature so the one recipient was a little confused a to who sent the bouquet. But it only took a phone call to work and she KNEW they were from us.

I specifically chose this site because they indicated my flower order could be delivered on Sunday, which was my anniversary. Shortly after order I get an email indicating they would not be able to deliver my order until Monday. I felt like it was a bait and switch tactic and was not very happy about it but with little time to cancel and order somewhere else I agreed to the next day delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
