When I selected the bouquet I wanted and moved through the ordering process my "selection" kept populating to the next largest bouquet which was, of course, was more expensive. I tried correcting it several times without success. I needed to get the flowers out the same day for a birthday and did not have time to hassle so I just submitted the order. When I got my order confirmation I was not happy to see a $14.99 processing fee that I was not aware of prior to placing my order. Double edge sword, the convenience of the site and quick delivery options are great. What I don't like is "hidden" fees or having a more expensive item populate no matter how many times I went back and corrected it. For those reasons I will most likely not use this site again.
The pictures sent to me of this gift looked beautiful and very much like the pictures online. I had hoped it would have been delivered yesterday, but it was very appreciated and I'm very satisfied otherwise:)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
