My wife received the flower,but when I looked at them they do not look like the deluxe ones I paid extra for. And if they are I would hate to see the basic.
I paid two fees for a same-day delivery and it showed up a day late. Refund requested!

Placed my order for same day delivery of 10/15/14. Order never arrived, nor did I receive a call to let me know the flowers would not be delivered. Called customer service, they were very kind. They called the florist. Florist was to deliver the next morning because our office will be closed by 1 p.m. The flowers were not delivered until a few minutes prior to our closing. Of course, the florist did not call me to let me know they would be running late either.
Goos next time can the flower food be delivered

I would like to be able to have the flower arrangement sent to my phone to see the flowers before being delivered.
