Great selection to choose from for Boss's Day.
Nothing arrived on time. Paid extra for early delivery, one item arrived 10 minutes after the latest time I was given it would arrive. The other barely got here before we closed. The "European" planter arrangement were really very sad. The balloons were pretty pathetic. Overall, I was embarrassed to give them to my boss.

The buying experience and price were great however
I was disappointed that the fruit basket I ordered did not look as nice as the picture on the web site and did not contain the variety of fruit and candy as pictured. Also, I paid extra for delivery by 12 noon and the order was delivered around 3 pm. I called customer service around 1 pm to follow up on the order together with requesting a refund of the extra I paid.

I ordered my flowers on line, the choices were all so beautiful it was difficult to choose. I was looking for a sympathy arrangement for the home. My order arrived as scheduled and my friend loved the arrangement. She said the flowers make the room smell lovely. Pleased with the entire on line process.
I wish it would tell you the srvice/handling or delivery fee upfront.

Did not receive when promised, did not receive what I ordered, and what I did receive paled in comparison to the "deluxe" arrangement I ordered. However, when I complained to fromyouflowers.com, they promptly and courteously rectified the situation and took it up with their chosen florist. While my first experience wasn't the best, because of their customer service and willingness to correct the issues, I will try them again.
I was disappointed in the size for the money. I thought I purchased a "grade" up from the initial offer, but it was disappointing what was delivered. I also paid an expedited fee for delivery by 12:00, but they were delivered around 2:00 pm. We offer this service to our employees, but if I am not happy with the product I ordered & delivery, I feel I cannot promote to our employees. I am the HR Director for the company.

I received the deliver confirmation email stating the flowers was delivered, they was not delivered until almost an hour and a half after that. I only know this because I work where the flowers was delivered too
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
