I received the deliver confirmation email stating the flowers was delivered, they was not delivered until almost an hour and a half after that. I only know this because I work where the flowers was delivered too

The handling charge on $14.99 is ridiculous. That should have been CLEARLY disclosed on your homepage. If it was there, I did not see it. That is shady business.

It was too much of a damn hassle I was contacted over three times flowers were late I ordered way before three and the flowers I picked I didn't even recieve never ever again
I requested a deliver for Friday October 17th and the delivery was made on the incorrect day! The balloons were delivered on the 14th of October. I have a confirmation email that clearly shows the 17th. I do not know why they were delivered on the wrong day. There was extra candy added to the order which was nice but still I was very upset about the dates being confused.
Ordering was Very Easy and I was able to view my selection prior to ordering it.
The note on the basket was written with a very ugly handwriting!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
