Paid for early delivery, before noon, called your company after noon and was put on hold as you called the florist here. Told they are on truck for delivery but did not show until after 2:00 and our boss had already left for day

My order was overlooked for same day which is what I paid for and was charged for. So it wasn't delivered until the following day. However, the email to confirm delivery was sent. A few hours later i I got an email stating it was overlooked. I was told my order would be upgraded to the better aarrangement. Not sure that it was.
