Although the customer service representatives were very professional, the problem for me was and is the florists interpretation of the bouquet I chose... It looked so cheap and nothing like the bouquet I chose... The only thing that was close to the picture of the bouquet was the vase... I would and will not use this service again
Was pleased with the convenience, price, and customer service. However, I ordered for the expedited service to have the delivery before noon, but the delivery did not happen til almost 2pm. I was refunded the expedited fee, but it's still irritating that they were not delivered when guaranteed.
The recipient of the flowers I ordered was extremely happy and stated thay were absolutely beautiful.
I hate that the hefty service fee shows up at the very end. You think you are getting a great deal at $31.99 (with discount) but then it goes up 50% with a service fee.
