Flowers are beautiful..
My first it was easy for a 77 year old man! Ok for somthing quick and easy. Candy and smiley face were dincky. One rose stem was broke near the top. Shipping cost was a bit high.
Easy and large selection of flowers to choose from. Plus same day or next day delivery is great! The flowers were beautiful in the online picture. When they arrived did not look like picture. They used tiny sweetheart roses and not what was described. I was disappointed with how they looked!

The item delivered wasn't as pictured on the site. I already completed a review on the website. The bear was pink instead of brown, which was actually nice. The flowers were not pink/purple as described, and it was in a tiny round basket. I included a picture on your site.

I do not like pop ups while i am shopping. My order was a day late. I should be refunded the extra amount that I paid.
Both items are going to the same address, so delivery fee should have only been charged once.
Though a $ 7.00 adjustment to delivery cost was credited. The items I ordered for $27.99 were priced at $24.99 that same evening when I signed back on the website. Thus, the $7.00 adjustment just really balances the pricing disparity. Issues like the aforementioned, and the delivery issues left me disappointed in my experience.
The products delivered were fine, my issue was that I recieved an email the the delivery was complete and it wasn't. I contacted customer service and was told it was a mistake and that the driver made an attempt and would try again later. I informed them someone was home all day, then I was told it was a mistake and the delivery would be done the next day...during the email exchange, the package was delivered after I was told it would be the next day...having the customer call and/or email several times to clarify when the delivery will be completed isn't good customer service.
So far has been pretty positive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
