The arrangement was very nice. It did not come in the vase that was pictured and that I thought it would come in, however it was a very cool alternative. I also paid for before noon delivery and the flowers didn't come until around 2:30. Otherwise, everything was good.

I ordered the flowers to be sent to a hospital patient. On the day of delivery recipient was transferred to another care facility. I had a phone call from Customse Service telling me about the transfer and that they were unable to deliver, but if I could contact them with a new delivery address the florist would attempt delivery the same day. During the call to Customer Service I was told the florist knew exactly where the new delivery site was and would deliver by end of day. An hour or so later I received a delivery confirmation. Excellent service from both the florist and Customer Service!

Surprise handling charge at the end. Pricey delivery. However, website was easy to maneuver.
My total, after completing my paypal information, was increased by $14.99 for shipping and handling. That was not shown in the total page before paying. Not good business practice!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
