I got that it was boss's day, I ordered by 1:00 and it was delivered by 3. And they were beautiful.
The flowers were a bit wilted. I expected better. Had a better experience the last time.
I was so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement my daughter received. I had it sent to her work, so many people saw it. I even upgraded to a bigger arrangement. I ordered a fall theme with several different flowers and colors. All she got was a small arrangement of orange roses. I was so disappointed.

I ordered before 3pm to receive same day. Did not receive. Was promised an upgrade and delivery the next day. Never happened. Was promised a gift card, upgrade to be delivered 3 days after order. No sign of gift card and flowers were never upgraded. Exact ones I orderd. Ridiculous amounts of false promises.
It was falling apart by the time it actually arrived! Literally candy and chips were falling out on the floor, I had to put it back together and tape it up, to carry it to my boss's office! It was a lot smaller that what it looked like online. I paid extra for a 4 hour expedite and it arrived mins before we closed 7 1/2 hours...I will never use this company again!
I called early for same day delivery and paid to expedite order but, person i sent delivery to did not receive until next day. Surprise was spoiled. I wont use this site again.
The flower arrangement was sloppy and did not look like the advertised product I purchased
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
