Wanted to doublecheck I could get the exact arrangement, so I called the 800-number. I was not able to get through. Hence, I ordered online. We shall see.
FromYouFlowers contacted me before delivery to let me know the florist did not have the vase pictured on the website. Everything else was available. I really appreciated the call and went ahead with the order. I was VERY pleased with the arrangement for our daughters birthday. She sent us a picture and she said they were just beautiful.

Flowers came kind of late in the day, when I ordered at 4 am online. Also, the front page prices did not include the nifty "service and handling fee" added onto the shopping cart. People are adults, treat them as such. Just list the total price of the flowers up front.
I took me longer than I expected because I could not easily review my order. I did like the selection of products and prices!
Once the product was delivered, I am very disappointed. The real flowers differ a lot form the online picture. The ones I got do not look fresh and the colors faded away. A displeasing experience.
I found this by accident, was going to telephone a local florist and order. This is better, I know what everything will look like and that she'll get the flowers today.

I hoped it would be all it was intended to be under the circumstances, and I was informed it was well received and then some for the family it was sent for. I found beautiful flowers at a decent price. The problems I experienced were:
- I couldn't find out if there was a service/handling fee before I went through the process of purchasing the flowers
-I decided to edit the address for more clarity but when I chose the "edit" button my whole order disappeared from my cart and I had to start over again
It was a great experience
Pity I couldn't add extras to my cart or more gifts!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
