One order delivered on time another the next day. Got a call but could not get through to cust service. I was not upset but it was delivered from mentor 30 min away. Seems kinda far for a deliver 5 min from me. I heard the flowers were great so overall I am pleased.
Processing was a little steep. It would be great to know it ahead of time. I ordered flowers and 2 Birthday bouquets were delivered from 2 different florists. I called to make sure that I would not be charged for the error. When I spoke with the representative they told me the first florist wanted more money to deliver and they told them no and that was to be cancelled and the business placed it with a second florist. The first apparently decided to do it anyway, so the recipient received 2 arrangements and called to tell me about it. I told him it was ok. When I talked to the florist they then said they would go back and take one of the arrangements back. I was not happy with that as it was their error and you do not do that to a 70 year old physician that saved my twins lives. I am surprised that was even brought up as it was their error. I am waiting to make sure when our visa bill comes that we receive just one charge. OW...the rating will go down to 1 star for all. Please make sure this gets followed through. This is the first time I used your company and pending how you handle the rest will be whether I ever use it again. Thanks.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
