The flowers my recipients received looked NOTHING like what I ordered! I was embarrassed at the arrangements they received! I felt very ripped off & upset!

But when my daughter received her flowers they weren't like the picture. They used the wrong lilies. And the box of candy that showed a box of candy to be more then just 4 tiny pieces. I ordered a med. Box and a tiny box was what she got. I would of never paid $15 for them if I would of know this. The flowers were suppose to be off white/yellowish lilies and they gave her stargazer lilies. It was suppose to be just the lilies and roses and they had some purple flowers in them to. I was unhappy with them. My daughter didn't know the difference but I did. Not happy.
I like the prices but I was misled last night. I completed the order and when I saw the shipping I said no way. Then I receive an email saying come back for free shipping. Everyone gets free shipping today so it really wasnt a deal to me since it didnt stack with the g11 promotion. I had to order a much smaller flower order because of it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
