Ordering and check out was easy, the flowers were fresh and beautiful and delivery was on time! Would recommend to friends/family and use this business again.
The service/handling fee did not show up until the very last step in the ordering. It should have been disclosed earlier in the process. Also, the confirmation email arrived at 6:23p.m. Was this the actual delivery time? The website stated that delivery times are until 5:00 p.m. for businesses. It appears the delivery was late!
The delivered flower arrangement was not as full as the picture of the type I ordered which was the deluxe. I chose Expidited Fee and the recipiant received them after 3:00pm. I was under the impression they would be delivered earlier than that.
I thought $14.99 AND 2.99 to deliver was a bit high...also another option to have it in the next four hours? Gosh with all the extra charges.
The bouquet that showed up was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the one pictured (I knew it was not the "deluxe") but you really shouldn't show the deluxe in the picture with the standard price listed under it until you check out you have no idea, the chocolates were awesome because it was nice to see a local chocolate company from my home town showing up for my best friend, however I wasn't too terribly impressed with the very few flowers she received for the TOTAL cost...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
