The website was a bit confusing. I felt I should have been made aware of the service and handling fee, before I got to the review order section. I thought that charge was included in the initial cost of the bouquet. However, if the bouquet gets to my friend, Saturday, and is as beautiful as the picture, then I am well pleased. Thank you. Not good, had to call three times to find out why flowers were not delivered. Ended up being three days late. Flowers not what was expected, cheap. Not a happy customer.

Fast,easy and fun! There was one problem: I asked that my order be delivered on Monday, 10/20/14. Unfortunately it was delivered on Friday, 10/17/14- -the day I placed the order.
This is my second time ordering with fromyouflowers.com and both times I selected same day delivery and they were unable to fulfill the request. I'm not sure why they advertise same day delivery (I ordered within plenty of time for their deadline) and both times they were unable to locate a florist to complete my order. One was in Hawaii and the other was in Nevada. They did upgrade my order but I wanted it there by the end of the day as opposed to the next morning because I knew my friends weren't home so the flowers sat out all day.
I think for a Deluxe arrangement you were pretty SKIMPY on the flowers! I understand the picture I saw was more like the Very Best you could get. But this arrangement was more like a $19.99 bouquet out of your local Grocery Store.
Very Disappointed...
VERY disappointed with service. Ordered to of the same item was delivered two different items ( one much smaller than the other) going to two of my VP's hard to explain why one was so much bigger than the other.
Also one balloon turned said THINKING of YOU not THANK YOU. This put me in a very uncomfortable position. There were team members making jokes about it.
I will be sharing my bad experience with family and friends this has been a terrible experience and I don't want others to have the same issue.
So far, so good. We'll see how delivery goes and what the final product looks like. The flowers received were pretty, but they were not what was pictured. Actually, they were totally different, which to me was disappointing. The person who received them loved them and I am happy with that, but I had a certain thing in mind and that's not what got sent. Additionally, they do not have a representation for the three different prices for each arrangement. Obviously the more you spend the more you get, but it would be nice to see what each price looks like. So, I'm not entirely dissatisfied, but there are some ways that improvements could be made that would make me more likely to use this service again. There is another service that actually mails the flowers. You have to take them out of the box and assemble them. The flowers are only partially blooming so it takes a day before they look like the picture, but in the end you get exactly what the picture shows. That's more what I was expecting. When all is said and done the recipient was happy, that's what matters most. Thanks.

Very easy to get in and get out. I will see how I feel once I see the arrangement and delivery time.
Delivery time was great, it was delivered within the four hour guaranteed time. However, the arrangement received was smaller than what was pictured and the flowers were damaged and browning. I would not purchase from this site again because I'd rather have quality than quick turnaround.
Show all of the charges and add ons up front instead of throughout/at the end of checkout. I.e. Guaranteed morning delivers, deluxe vs. standard, etc.
I paid extra for guaranteed delivery by noon, and it wasn't delivered until after 4pm. Because they were so late they missed the person they were supposed to be delivering to completely and as it was in celebration of her last day there I ended up having to have them just bring the flowers to my home and give them to her myself - completely defeating the purpose of paying for them to be delivered in the first place! If I had wanted to just give her flowers I would have paid 15 bucks for some flowers at the store and brought them over to her. I was very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
