I disliked that after leaving my window idle for so long at the part just before purchasing, it seemed to delete any history of the set up of the transaction. I couldn't even press 'back' on my browser to get back to the product page where I initiated the order from. I also don't like the 175 character count for the included message. I'd like it to be more, even possibly with a payment option for much more character space. Besides that, I liked my shopping experience. [experience from using the website]
[experience, post-delivery] Order wasn't delivered on time or even in the same day, so it was rearranged for another day. Communicating with different people via customer service ranged in experience from pleasant to like pulling teeth to try to get answers. Most of it was settled via a direct phone call to the company versus previous emails. I'm disappointed in that the delivery wasn't on time or in the same day--- it was really important, and for someone's birthday that's very dear to me. I received credits and partial refunds, but I would've just liked what I paid for.
Would've liked an opportunity to request and confirm funeral flower delivery by NLT 2:00 PM the date of delivery during the ordering process. I followed up after placing the order and these guys were all over it like white on rice. They responded to my e-mail very promplty, and assured me of delivery time, and they e-mailed me when the delivery was completed, as requested. Great service and an excellent value... Thanks much...

Same day delivery is wonderful
I initially selected a Regular issue, that in the registration order automatically moved to Special Issue, with an higher price, without the possibility to change in a cheaper selection. Moreover, the description of a Special Issue says it is the most possibly similar to the photo, instead the flowers were quite different, smaller in dimension, and different colors. I have photos to proof my claim.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
