Very good!
The flowers were for a friend of the family and she absolutely loved them so thank you for that. However, I was unimpressed when they called me to tell me they didn't have what I ordered and wanted to change the flowers. After I said cancel them they offered me a 20% discount and could have the exact order but not until the following day. I asked how much that would be and it was the same price, but that they would remove the next day delivery charge. How nice of them.
Site really easy to navigate, I'm really picky, would like to see option to compare items. Overall really happy with experience so far

So far, so good. Although a heads up that my flower order would also include a 15.00 Service/Handling fee would've been nice to know. Also, how do I know that my 5.00 Expedited Fee actually does anything? Meaning, how do I know the flowerist wouldn't have delivered before 12:00 anyway?

I had to leave the computer for a while while I was ordering, but didn't finish the process. When I came back to finish the order, something went wrong and I had to start the process over. I hope I didn't order flowers twice.

My husband ordered balloon's for my bday and they came after I had left work for the day.When I came into the office they were totally deflated. Very disappointed and not a good experience overall.
Only improvement would be to have ability to put desired delivery time.

I placed the order with fromyouflowers.com pretty much as a test. Within an hour after placing my order I received a very nice apology call from customer service letting me know they tried to find a florist that could deliver the same day, even with the late hour, but couldn't. I knew I was close to the deadline for same day delivery, especially because I am on the west coast and the arrangement was to be delivered on the east coast, but I tried anyway. I was surprised to receive the call. Another company I ordered from recently didn't bother calling to let me know. That call, on top of the beautiful arrangement and the great price, has me decided to continue to use fromyouflowers.com.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
