Didn't like that at the end you charged "service and handling for 15 dlls" that should be included at the beggining.
Ordering process was very simple. Very nice variety of flowers. Prices were pretty reasonable. However, I thought the deliver fee was a bit pricey.
I did not see the actual bouquet, but my grandmother stated it was a lovely flower arrangement.

The gift basket arrived at the business at 5:15 pm (not by 5 pm), while the recipient was leaving to go home. It was a surprise, so I couldn't have him wait. Thankfully, they caught him before he left. It did make me nervous, though.:-( The condition of the items was very good!
