I loved it and definitely will recommend to others.
I wanted to send tulips to my cousin who is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Tulips are hard to find this time of year, but they are her favorite flower. I randomly chose "fromyouflowers.com" because they said they could deliver tulips. The tulips arrived the next day, right as scheduled. My cousin said they were absolutely beautiful, and the packaging was nice as well. The price was good and I will definitely use this service for all of my flower delivery needs.
It was great. My purchase is to be delivered on Friday, so I live in NC, and the flowers are arriving in Jacksonville Fla. So I can't give true feedback until I get feedback from my friend.

Site not too user friendly and unable to enter options and view upgrades. I paid for premium for both of my deliveries, but just unsure if the upgrades were truly worth it without some sort of explanation. Additionally, should be able to change selected ribbon colors and there is no card for thinking of you...After my delivery, I am extremely dissatisfied and quite disappointed. My first delivery did not arrive as scheduled and I was NEVER notified. I had to call and check on it myself. The second delivery arrived timely, but it pales in comparison to what is pictured. I even chose "premium"...such a waste. Then when I contacted customer service via phone for the second delivery, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I was over talked and felt as if the representative was being condescending in his tone and what he was saying to me. An overall bad experience.
The flowers size and display looked a lot less than the picture and description provided. I was not impressed.
I paid extra to have it delivered before noon. It didn't arrive until after 4 PM, after our boss left. And for that price, I expected a better display. I do not plan to use your service again. I will shop with local florists only.

I just saw a picture of the flowers, they are not what I ordered. I ordered all purple, and they are mostly pink, and the roses look like they aren't going to last more than a day. Very disappointed

Didn't like that at the end you charged "service and handling for 15 dlls" that should be included at the beggining.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
