I like the follow up with my order
I did receive an answer telling me that this is an industry standard fee. Okay - no problem. However, please read the commnet. Whether it is an industry standard fee or not - I don't like that all of a sudden, at the last moment, that is what is put into the price. If you know you are going to charge it - let me know prior to the last moment of the purchase. Also, thought it odd that you are asking me if I would recommend you prior to knowing whether or not the product was delivered as advertised. That stated, it was delivered as advertised and was/is very nice.
I don't like all of a sudden having a $15 "service/handlying" fee added to the cost at the very end of the order. It is just a BS add-on and feels very much like bait and switch. Give me your price - don't do a last minute add on

I had paid for same day delivery and was called in the afternoon on this day to tell me that it was not going to be possible. The customer service agent convinced me to have it delivered the next day instead of canceling the order. He removed the same day delivery charge and gave me a coupon for $20 off my next order. The next day, I received a call at 7:30 am from a local florist to ask me if I could have the order delivered to a different address, since she did not want to pay to park to bring in the delivery. She said that parking was a hassle, and delivering to the address I requested was not possible for her. She asked me how much I paid and said she was going to reject the order. The order was finally given to a florist who delivered later in the day.

Flowers arrived to both parties on time which was great! They absolutely loved the flowers and sent me photos that showed how similar to the pictures online they were, which I was worried about. The end price was a little steep with shipping and handling, so next time I'll consider that ahead of time. Still, it was worth it to surprise my loved ones.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
