This is the second time I bought from this site. The first time was awesome. This time, the gift I purchased did not come on the day it was supposed to and when I asked for a refund, I was told I could get 30% back. After 5 emails back and forth and me requesting a managers phone number, I finally got my full refund. Needless to say, I was not happy that it took that many emails to finally get a response that I'll be receiving my full refund in 1-3 business days. My husband did not get the only gift I bought for him on his birthday, maybe I should get a coupon or something so I will buy from this site more.

I was a little disappointed with the delivery time. I was under the impression that it would get to my wife around 9 o'clock. She didn't get her flowers until almost 12 o'clock. Half her workday was gone. So if I use your product next year I will not pay for the extra early delivery time.

Missed same day deliver for my friend's b-day
I was promised deliver of 12:00 and it's passed 2:20 and no word yet.
When asked for status,
All they say is Will notify you when delivered... Please don't go though what I am going through.
They should not operate business like this.

The white roses were perfect and delivered on time. The "fall special" was not what I expected, there weren't any fall colored flowers at all, and it was delivered after the promised time of 5pm. The gerbera daisies were beautiful but they were delivered an hour after 5pm and they were left on the porch when nobody was home.
I was surprised by the $15 service fee, I guess I expected that to already be wrapped up in the price of the flowers and not tacked on to the end. In the end flowers got where they were going and were beautiful and appreciated.
So far, everything has been fine.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
