Very scanty and most unimpressive
I appreciate fromyouflowers.com for the great customer service, after seeing a horrendous basket that was initially given to me. It had one apple, veggie cheese, and cheap crackers after I spent 82 dollars on what I thought would look like the photo. They decided to give me another basket with a 20% discount, saying that the quality would be better. It was only slightly better. The picture showed gourmet sausage and cheese, this second basket they gave me had chicken vienna sausage and babybel cheese. I do appreciate the fromyouflowers service, but the local florists in the area need to step up their game and give quality products that they advertise

First order. The flowers and vase were absolutely beautiful. A wonderful "pick-up" for a friend with a hip fracture. I think delivery is a little steep; however, seems to be the "norm" for these kinds of services. I will order again from youflowers.com

This is the second time I bought from this site. The first time was awesome. This time, the gift I purchased did not come on the day it was supposed to and when I asked for a refund, I was told I could get 30% back. After 5 emails back and forth and me requesting a managers phone number, I finally got my full refund. Needless to say, I was not happy that it took that many emails to finally get a response that I'll be receiving my full refund in 1-3 business days. My husband did not get the only gift I bought for him on his birthday, maybe I should get a coupon or something so I will buy from this site more.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
