Placed the order the night before to ensure it would be delivered and it never was. Contacted customer service via email and exchanged about three emails, never getting a clear answer as to why the flowers were not delivered and they never were delivered, even with the same day "guarantee." The flowers were still not delivered on the second day after I had placed my order. Had to call customer service and they still had no answers. Said they would call me back and never did. I had to call back and the flowers were STILL not delivered. (Placed the order Thursday night, it was now late Saturday afternoon) they then told me that since it was so late, that the flowers that were supposed to be a friday delivery were now going to be a Monday delivery, still with no explanation as to why. I cancelled it and will never use this service again.

I paid extra to have my order delivered before 12pm and that didn't happen. The flowers were smaller than I thought for the price.

The pricing on your webpage was very tricky. When you guys put signs, 10$, same day delivery, save, this and that, and when at the end after I purchased a $40 product I am paying almost double of the initial price. So for that reason i rated you as 1 star and not recommend you for further events.
Plus I order a flower delivery and NOT flower in a box delivery!
This was a very special occasion. One year anniversary and I order flowers delivery for 3 days in a row.
Very disappointed with the last delivery (wednesday Oct, 22nd) when I was notified that it came in a box, different than the first 2 delivered on monday and tuesday. If I'm paying an extra fee of $14.95 for what you called "We have a service charge which is standard on all orders of $14.99. The service charge covers the cost of any extra delivery fees, processing of the order, locating florists in the area requested or shipping it directly from our preferred grower, and to ensure your complete satisfaction." and there's NO satisfaction on my side. I mentioned before and I will mention again, you lost a costumer and I'll not refer you guys to anyone I know. Have a great day!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
