I paid the extra charge to get my flowers delivered early and they were not delivered until late that day. If it says they will be delivered in 4 hours and you pay extra for it then it needs to hapoen.

The price is about %20 less than your local competitors and I am happy that you accept Pay-Pal transactions. You delivered afternoon which I expected. On the other hand, there are two things I am disappointed:
The vase was different than the one in the picture. It was transparent glass instead of the elegant red vase. If I had known that I would have chosen a different bouquet.
Secondly, the flowers don't smell nice. They are like synthetic flowers.
There are some other local florist in Amherst which I used to sent flowers, and never experienced these two things I listed above.
Did not appreciate service charge being added on at the end and not be told up front.
The surprise handling fee that is the same as the price of the flowers I bought makes me not want to come back.
The flower arrangement was 1/2 the size and very unimpressive. Even different colors.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
