They are beautiful...just like the photos. My one and only complaint is...I ordered them yesterday and was really hoping they would have been delivered yesterday. I understand that it was in the afternoon I ordered - but I was very hopeful it still could be delivered.
I live NY and sent this beautiful bouquet of purple roses to my nephew and his wife in Ohio. During this uncertain time, I wanted to send them a little sunshine. They were so happy to receive them.
Came to the website with several different discount codes that kept changing. My cart would show either 50% to 10% randomly each time I refreshed the cart screen. Not cool. I hope that they get the actual flowers pictured.
The ordering experience was great however what was delivered and what was in the picture were not the same. I know products are what is in stock however it had more filler than what was shown in the actual picture for the price I paid very disappointed but the birthday girl was happy.

I sent an order out of my state. I didn't see what was delivered. I assume that it was delivered as I ordered. I have not heard from the recipient yet. It was a sympathy gift to a friend's parent. The person who received the gift does not know me.

The balloon bouquet was lovely and received on time however after a day it all fell to the floor. I don't think the $39 I paid was worth it for a bouquet that only lasts a day! Please Do something about this.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
