I ordered two items to be sent to the same address. The order was split between two different florists and only one arrived on time. The other item arrived several hours late after the recipient had left for the day. I paid for expedited service and did not receive what I paid for. I do appreciate the ease of ordering online and the overall pricing is good.
Beautiful flowers, I am very happy with them and will definitely order from them again. I did have an issue with delivery time but I was quickly contacted and the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with how much they care.

Sold personal info to Valuemags. After this time 5/19/14 credit card compromised. Tell all check carefully. Alot of fraud going around.

I ordered a stuffed animal by clicking on the bear. She received a rabbit. She was ok with it, but the bear would have been much better!
Love your flower arrangements and your prices are decent, but I was surprised that the "service/handling charge" did not come up (or explain what it was/that it would be added, even after I denied an extra charge of 4.99 for before-noon delivery) until after I had went through Paypal (Paypal also didn't list the invoice/total charge on their webpage - it was blank). I did not mind paying the price, I just wish it was stated and explained.
Was personally able to see the arrangement this weekend while visiting my relative - - it was gorgeous and the pumpkin vase was even larger than I thought (and it had a lid!). It was a beautiful arrangement and is adored by my relative as well as the rest of us. Thank you!
