I called to see when it would be delivered, because I talked to my sister at 5:00 p.m. and she hadn't received it yet. Customer service called the florist and they said it would be delivered before 6:00 p.m. It was delivered at 6:40 p.m.

I thought I ordered in balloon bouquet had both Mylar and latex balloons but when the person received his bouquet it was only Mylar balloons. They did add a mug so that was really nice but I thought there was more balloons in my order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
