Delivery guarantee fees offered seem redundant. The web site showed a picture of a brown teddy bear, and a white one was delivered. Also showed a purple vase, but clear vase was delivered. They don't say what kind of chocolates they offer. Flavored cream center chocolates were delivered. None of the discrepancies mattered too much for my needs, but it should be noted that what you see may not be what you get. Delivery was rather quick. Delivered in 3-4 hours from ordering online.
They delivery person called my mother because she wasn't home when he went to deliver. He asked her where she was because he didn't want to leave the box in the heat. When she told him she was working at the homeless Food Pantry he delivered them to her. Now that is what I call service!

Little over priced for what I got...the delivered arrangement did not look close to the picture showed online so that was the biggest disappointment. Wife was happy I got her flowers but for $60 ill have to do it myself next time.
