You never explained there was a handling fee on the flowers adding $15 to my bill. Also, your site said same day delivery but she didn't get the flowers until the next day, I ordered before 3PM so she should've gotten them. They also spelled her name wrong. I don't think it was that hard to copy a name off a paper. The flowers looked great, but not like how the picture because the lilies aren't in season, at least I don't think they are because they were closed.
I was unhappy that your Paypal payment processing was not working and when I called the response was"yeah we have heard that the PayPal is not working, we are not sure why" Not the level of customer service I consider satisfactory. Then there was a 14.99 shipping handling that I was not aware of until the very end of the order process.

I had to make 2 changes after the original order. One to change part of the message, and one to change the delivery address. I make one change online & one by phone. Both times the agents were friendly & helpful, and even though the address change was somewhat last minute, both changes were made accurately and cheerfully. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years so I know good service when I see it---I certainly saw it in this transaction! A special thanks to the agents that assisted me and keep up the good work!

The order was supposed to come with a box of chocolates, and it did not, it came with with a small packet of Ghirardelli squares. Very cheap and disappointing.

Florist used experienced problems and didn't notify you, it wasn't until I called to find out why the flowers hadn't been delivered at the expedited time did you find out the problem. Fee was immediately refunded and flowers arrived that afternoon. All is well

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
