When received flowers - didn't get balloon that was order - no ribbon on vase - writing on card couldn't be read or know who is was from - not a good them for a Get Well wish
Easy and convenient...
From You Flowers website is one of the best, the transactions are quick and easy. However, my most recent experience on the delivery of my purchase was another matter entirely. It was a sympathy product, delivered on time, but far from what a sympathy product should look like. The bright colored ribbons looked like something for a child's birthday party, not something for a funeral. Where the basket/planter should have been filled with greenery, the florist chose to fill it with so much ribbon, it looked like a scarf. My recipients sent me a cellphone photo. Customer Service was polite, but they should have been after what happened and the 53 minutes on the phone with them trying to get a resolution. They refused to make the florist do anything to compensate for the silly, laughable, horrible presentation. I doubt that I will continue to be a Preferred Customer.

The flowers were lovely, but I was not happy with the delivery service. I placed my order before 3pm for same day delivery, only to be called later on and tole they had no one to deliver the flowers and that they would be delivered the next day. I don't think they should promise what the can't do, and I was charged $14.99 delivery charge. I don't know if I will use your service again. Angela Manetta

Overall experience was awful, I did not get my money's worth. The picture on the website is completely different that what was received. Very dissapointed.
I was very pleased with the flower arrangement. I sent sympathy flowers to our son and daughter in law in another state. They said the flowers were adorable, fresh and beautiful. I received a photo also of the flowers and was very pleased. I have ordered before and will order again. The flowers are always perfect in every way.
We wanted a gift for 83 year old father in law. After receiving his food gift basket he said, "At my age I don't need much, but I am enjoying this. Your mother in law is helping enjoy the gift, too." We made sure to increase the amount of chocolate in the basket.
Easy and quick
The web site is very easy to navigate and order from. I spoke with a representative in customer service, and she was fabulous. My only suggestion would be to create an FAQ section; my reason for calling customer service was to see what the latest delivery time is for standard delivery to a residence...something that might've been answered in a FAQ section.
We will see how flowers arrive --- before I give final eval :) But so far, all is good! Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
