I spent extra money to get a deluxe arrangement for an employee of mine who had been hospitalized - the total bill with delivery was nearly $60.00. I went over to visit her after she returned home and saw the arrangement - it was so small and the flowers were already wilting (this was on the day the arrangement was delivered). I was so embarassed as these flowers were from an entire department of people. I called customer service to complain an after being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes the line was disconnected. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered several times and had great service. This time I needed two arrangements sent two places and paid for specific time and date and they were not delivered in a timely manner. The flowers I needed were not delivered until the next day.

But once all were delivered the flowers are beautiful and all recipients were pleased.

I was surprised to find your website online when I was looking for flowers that needed to be delivered quickly. I have used FTD in the past and been disappointed by their expensive rates and service. Fromyouflowers.com provided the exact service I was looking for, at a reasonable rate. The options for same day/weekend deliveries were a bit confusing & I may have over-paid in these categories, but the end result of having my order delivered on time was worth it.

Fee's should be listed up front before credit info is taken. I initially dropped the order after seeing the additional fees. You sent me an email stating the handling/delivery fee would be waived if I placed the order. Could have saved a lot of time on this keyboard had you given it to me straight up.

Not showing the service fee until the very end felt a bit sneaky. The recipient said the flowers were gorgeous, at least. Next day delivery was appreciated.

Service Handling Fee is a little high, however, this was everywhere. When I called to check the status of my delivery the customer service was unbelievable for todays norm. My mother loved the display and they delivered early, what a great surprise! I would highly recommend this company and thank them for their service.

The arrangement actually delivered bore very little relationship to the item advertised. The arrangement contained much fewer flowers and looked like a 6 year old threw it together. I was extremely disappointed. Furthermore, I was surprised to see an additional $14 handling fee prominently displayed AFTER I placed my order. I don't believe I was informed of this charge before, and if I was, it was certainly not prominently displayed.
