Reviewing order-everytime I order from fromyouflowers.com after reviewing my order, I am UNABLE To go back to the particular item and add or change something. You only allow delivery or billing edits.after the FACT you already have the credit card no. And have totaled the order! Whats YOUR idea of REVIEWING THE ORDER? Shouldn't the buyer be able to make simple changes without having to start from point #1. You should be allowed to review and edit the items to make changes if needed. Otherwise the bouquets I Have ordered have been beautiful snd of good quality.

I ordered late in the day so it didn't arrive the same day as promised but came the next day, so not a huge deal. I would still use it.

I am so mad at you for your gross incompetence! I had lined up the delivery date for November 7, the day before their dinner party. You delivered them the day I ordered them. Now I have to send flowers again, but I wont be using your site.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
