First time user - if flowers arrive on time and in good condition you can consider me a new customer.
Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 10/26. At 2 PM I received a phone call that they would not be able to be delievered that day. Now mind you this is 2 PM and most places still have a few more hours but no, these were not going to be delivered. This was a day that I chose and that was on the list of days for delivery. I feel it was a come on to get business and there never was intention to deliver on that day. This person receiving the flowers is very sick and I feared she would perhaps not ever see the flowers. I could have looked further and found someone who would deliver on that day. I wanted to cancel and get a refund but the phone rep talked me into waiting for an "upgrade" to be delivered on 10/27. I received an email that they were delivered today. Have not spoken to the family to see what shape they were in but I am not expecting much after all this. I do not live in the area so I was going into this blind. I guess this is what happens when you take a chance. I know I will not return to your business again after this. And I am assuming this will not be printed on your reviews.

I have used From You Flowers before & for the most part have been very satisfied. I know what you see online may not be exactly what you receive because if the availability of what the florist have in your area. I would use this site again.

I paid for a 1200 oclock delivery did not get delivered until 230 -300 had to call customer service twice after i call in the first time your customer service was unable to reach the company that was task to deliver i never recieved a call back from customer service waited over two hours an i had to call customer service again an they still was unable to contact the company for delivery very dissatisfied

I paid extra for delivery on that day that I ordered and it was delivered two days later. Customer service was very attentive to my concerns about the late delivery and the flowers were delivered today. I was apologized to at least five times which was really all I wanted. I just wish they would have arrived on Saturday as I had planned. I will order from you again.

I had difficulty trying to add to my order or use coupon that was sent for ten dollars off. I wanted to add flowers and every time I tried, it made me start all over again. Didn't want to have to do that. When it arrived it was much smaller than the picture. Actually, rather embarrassing. Looked nothing like the picture. I did use a coupon code, so I did not spend that much, but I expected to receive what I ordered. I am sure since it was outsourced, the coupon was not taken into consideration for the price of the dish garden.

I saw a picture of the flowers I sent and it doesn't look like what I was supposed to get...The Lilly's were wilted and there were no purple wax flowers...Which there was supposed to be...Disappointed
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
