10/25/14 - Waiting to hear from the recipients as to the quality of the the delivered product...hoping for the best on the special occasion.

10/26/14 - Checked Google for "Best Florist in CT" and you were listed. The flowers were delivered promptly to the hospital room on a Sunday morning! The recipient was very happy with the freshness and beauty of the roses. She sent me a photo of the lovely bouquet sitting on her window sill that morning. I chose your site by taking a chance and am very satisfied. Thank you!

I was surprised to see the additional handling fee was so much and not mentioned until the very end of order. Leads you to believe you may be getting a real deal but it is similar to others. Easy to place order.

I bought a candy basket for my boyfriend. He loved it. It was stocked with all of his favorites. Same day delivery made it there at 5:30. I would have preferred earlier but overall I'm happy with my order.

It is quick and easy, you have a large variety of flowers to choose from. It is a great site, especially for me sense I am out of town a lot. But the flowers were not as big as I expectedvthem to be as the premium package expressed. But she liked them is all that matters

Overall, I had a good experience

Overall, I had a good experience. My problem was with the delivery, and although I understand it was not the fault of the florist, that the Navy Hospital would not let them in, it was the issues that occurred later. First they called and said they were out of helium and would I like to additional roses instead, I said fine. Then I requested that the flowers not BE left outside the house and to call the family and work out a delivery schedule. They did not call my son, they just left them at the doorstep and when they arrived at 11:30pm they were just sitting there. At over 100 dollars in flowers, that was disapointing. Overall I would use your company again, but I would not have flowers sent in the San Diego Area. The Team at FromYouFlowers was great and kept me up to date.

Received call fromyouflowers on the day the flowers to be delivered informing me that they had not been delivered as scheduled. Offer made was to enclose apology note and upgrade. This was my first time ordering fromyouflowers and even though this was not a good first impression No offer was made of any type of future discount or discount which I was kind of surprise even though they did upgrade. I will consider ordering again with the hopes that this is not always the situation. I enjoy your selection and especially your sale items. My only complaint is I hate shipping fees and incidentals which I get a lot of from other website.
