I ordered the deluxe flowers, which said that it would like as much like the picture as possible. When my sister in-law sent me a picture of her flowers there were a couple roses, some lilies that hadn't yet bloomed and a bunch of leaves, i did not see any of the other "filler" type flowers, for what i paid a couple of roses and some buds was not worth the price. I was extremely disappointed. On top of being disappointed in the flowers the delivery driver was also un-accommodating. He called to tell me that he was on his way, when i told him that no one was there and they were not going to be there until 5 he said that he has other deliveries and he cant come back, and that he would just leave it by the door. I didnt have an option of putting a delivery time, they were extremely fast getting the flowers ready i didnt think that they would be delivering them that soon (especially since i didnt pay the extra price for the express delivery).
I was extremely satisfied with the delivery time but the flowers were a little wilted when they arrived. It may have been because they were not in water while being transported and delivered.

After being offered free shipping I was sold!
This was my first experience and I paid extra for the delivery to be there before 12:00pm as the company was leaving early that day. Unfortunately I got an e-mail at 1:00 saying it could not be delivered and although customer service was very helpful, they did not receive package until 3:10 and most of the people they gift was for was already gone... They did enjoy it today, but because of this experience, not sure I would trust your company promising to deliver a package when they say they will, so based on this not sure I would recommend or use this company in future

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
