I had trouble with A CREDIT CARD THAT IS PERFECTLY OK and it would not go through. When I rang last time I got nowhere with the girl because I didn't have an order number although I had an order on the screen. She couldn't help at all and I had to get the flowers somewhere else. This is the last time I will use you if there is a problem again.
I ordered half dozen get well balloons for a very sick little girl to be sent to the hospital she was staying. Unexpectedly they got discharged the day they were to be delivered. I got an email and a phone call to discuss what action to take. They asked for a home address and they were delivered the very next day. Great customer service! I will gladly do business again with fromyouflowers.com

I was very unhappy with the flowers. I choose the most expensive of the three choices and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture on website. I am very disappointed with this flower arrangement. I am embarrassed to have sent these flowers to a sick family member. They were done in a distasteful manner, nothing like the pictures on your website, I could have done a better job myself. I will not tell my friends about this website or recommend to anyone - great disappointment. For the amount of money I paid for these flowers, I could have gotten a beautiful arrangement from Publix or Winn Dixie myself. I will never order from you (this company) again.

More expensive than I thought. The service fee tacked on at the end was unexpected and customers should be notified of that expense prior to the check out time.
The gift was supposed to be delivered the same day. Then I received a call saying that it would not be delivered to the next day. They did offer an upgraded basket and discount which was nice.

Convenient ordering and competitive pricing. I did not see the finished arrangement, since it was sent to a relative in another state. However, she did call to thank me for the beautiful flowers, so it must have been good.

So far it was a quick and easy. I was not happy with the delivery time, I had paid extra to make sure that the gift would get to my granddaughter no later than noon. The gift did not arrive until after two, her party was over by that time.
From You Flowers was easy to work with. I was, however, stunned when the local florist that was making and delivering the arrangement asked me to cancel my order with From You Flowers and get a refund then call them directly to make the purchase so they would make more money. I do think From You Flowers needs to keep a closer eye on the local shops they deal with.
The flowers were beautiful though and were delivered on time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
