Seemed like I retyped my information more than once but I like the flowers. The flowers were delivered as requested and the recipient loved them. I tried to send a second order and had great difficultly. It kept telling me that the zip code was wrong. The zip code was not wrong and I tried several times. I finally cancelled out.
Plant container was different than pictured. Not a container that I would have chosen, don't really care for it. The container is just okay.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
