My sister sent me a photo of her with the flowers. They looked really pretty. Her face told a story of happiness and that is what matters most to me. She got them later in the day and that was just fine as long as she got them on her birthday ( which was yesterday) I am delighted.
The $14.99 handling charge is a mystery until the order is complete. It never tells this will be added until your done. I think that is sneaky and unappropriate.
