The recipient lived the flowers. The shipping cost was a little on the high side for the medium size which gave me no choice but to buy the large size.
Tacking on the delivery fee at the end of the purchase process is a real buzz kill. It would be nice to know the total price before entering credit card info.

Ordered the "florist designed by love" bouquet. I was a little nervous about ordering this bouquet without any picture or idea of what would be sent. These flowers were sent to a friend to brighten her day, she's a retail manager struggling with CoronaVirus issues faced daily by retail workers and their managers. She sent me a picture of what she received. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great price and gorgeous bouquet. I will definitely use fromyourflowers.com for future flower orders! Thank you for a job well done!
Arrangements looked exactly like it did on website. Fast same day delivery. No complaints, great service and company to deal with, would highly recommend to others. Prices better than local florist!
Misleading with pricing, what was a 31.99 arrangement ended up costing $62.46. So much for your 'sale'. I was embarrassed by what was delivered to my daughter. The worst flower arrangement I've ever purchased. I will never order or recommend your company. I would like a refund.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
