This was my first time visiting this site AND purchasing from it and the site was great. There is an awesome variety of gift baskets and flower arrangements. This was perfect for what I needed, I found the perfect gift basket for my recovering step-father. However, I must say it was a miserable overall experience. I didn't get the basket on time. They guarantee same day delivery but what good is a guarantee if it's not going to be followed through with. The first customer service rep I spoke to was completely useless. She did nothing to help me out and just ended up making me more Unhappy with this company. The second time I called was a little better; the lady was nice and friendly and apologized profusely, however she told me she would call me back to follow up in an hour; I waited 5 hours before I called a 3rd time. This lady was also nice and more helpful and let me know my basket was currently out for delivery. She offered me 20% off my future order however I do not want a coupon. I told her I would prefer a refund, as I do NOT intend to ever use this company again in the future. She didn't seem to care because she just continued offering me a future coupon. So now I spent close to $100 for a welcome home gift basket for my father who had just returned home from the hospital. He got his basket the next day so his welcome home was kind of ruined. Overall, I had a miserable experience and got the feeling (numerous times) that no one at this company gives a damn.
It was difficult to use the discount card I received the last time I used this site. Not much good to send a promo if customers can't use it.
Unless I'm wrong,I do not recall to fill the receipient's email address during ordering process. I think the option could be given to the one who makes the order.

The price I was charged was higher than the price shown when I chose the item. It was also not clear that a significant handling fee would be charged on top of the item price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
