If I could rate this company lower than one star, I would. The flowers I ordered and the flowers that got delivered were nothing alike. Not. One. Bit. Their solution when I called angry? Go take those flowers back and have another one delivered. Can you imagine? A knock on the door... excuse me, but you know those flowers you just got? Can we have them back?! Oh, then they were going to give me a 15% off coupon for the next order. Next order? Are you serious? Worst flower business ever. EVER!
Flowers were not delivered on day supposed to so they delivered them following day with an upgrade in flower arrangement. Thanks so much. Will definitely use you again. Recipient was very, very pleased with the arrangement and said it was such a surprise to receive them.

Flowers are beautiful and love the coupons. Disappointed with the $14.99 service fee that appears one click prior to submitting the order. You think you're getting a deal, and then realize that it's not as great a deal as you thought.

The receiver sent me a photo of the delivered flowers, and it doesn't look like the one in the site's picture. I wish I can send a photo of comparison here. In the site it is a sunflower but got a different yellow flower instead. Same as with much of the other flowers, it looked like they just looked for some flowers available there that matches the color and then decided it will do. Flowers didn't look that fresh too. I ordered 3 balloons too and then the receiver only got one. Gave two stars because they deliver fast and in time. But yes, the quality looks rushed too :(
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
