I did not receive my product at the appointed time or day. I paid for guaranteed delivery before noon didn't receive it. I was told it will be delivered before 2:30 p.m. In the afternoon it did not come. I was told it will be delivered the following day before noon that did not happen I did not receive it until 1 p.m. I did receive a credit and a gift certificate in regards to this problem. Did order another item with the credit and the gift certificate it was delivered on time. Though I am still rather dissatisfied and I will not use this site again.
The only reason I rated this low was because you had the wrong name as the person delivered to. Not good at all.

Flowers did not get delivered on the date they were supposed to and no one call to inform me of that. I had to call and figure out what happened.

The prices on the flowers are great but then you check out and the handling fees are crazy high!
I ordered 2 separate baskets, 1 that was supposed to have a Happy Birthday balloon attached which it didn't. I paid an extra $5.00 for something that was not sent. More attention has to be paid to make sure orders are delivered as ordered.
Same day delivery I didn't get when I was told I would but in all they handled it professionally was just a little disappointed.
The only issue was the handling charge. It should have been made known earlier in the process (that is what originally caused me to cancel) and it is a bit much. $5 or $6 and I would have completed the order without your special offer

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
