I think it sucks you'd try to change $14.99 for handling and then when you leave the site you say oh wait we'll take it off.kind of a rip off.disappointed. Hoping the flowers are worth it.

The flowers were for a friend of mine who's mother passed away and I wasn't able to make it back to MN from AZ for the service. She told me the flowers were beautiful and that her stepfather's mouth dropped. Thank you so much for providing an arrangement that was exactly what I ordered and expected. It's hard to tell when you don't actually see the arrangement.

The flowers were ordered for my mom's birthday which was Saturday, 11/1. I saw them today, Sunday, 11/2, and was totally embarrased at what was delivered. The arrangement had "NONE" of the flowers that were in the arrangement I ordered. The arrangement actually looked like someone took some flowers and stuck them in vase...no professional touch at all. I call the 1-800# today and spoke with Laurel who said someone is suppose to call me back on Monday, 11/3, because the florist is closed today. According to Laurel, the florist will pick up the arrangement and I will receive a refund. I've been ordering flowers for her birthday for years and she has never receive an arrangement like this one...and never had an arrangement that the florist came back to pickup. I would like a full refund as this was definitely not a $50 arrangement. Using a florist like this could result in you loosing a lot of customers.

According to the web site my order was early enough for same-day delivery. However, I got an email stating that they couldn't find a florist in time. They offered to "upgrade" free of charge for next-day delivery, which I accepted. The chocolate (which was ordered) was old and chalky and the "upgraded" bouquet was smaller than the non-upgrade order photo. The bouquet was left on the porch even though I gave them my phone number to call me should she not be home, so that it could be delivered to her work place.

My flowers were not delivered on time or at all they had to change the arrangement I order and then called 2+hours later to tell me they were unable to deliver them. Order was cancelled because Monday delivery would be too late. Very disappointed. I will never use this site again

I ordered and paid for same day delivery and received a call to apologize the same day delivery would not be possible. He offered to upgrade the order and promised it will be out the very next day and will be the first delivery made. I was grateful to be called, informed and given the alternative and upgrade. My mother loved the flowers, said they were fresh, as if just freshly cut.

Thank you for your services, will use you again!

So far so good. Just don't know what the flowers will look like or if they will really come on time today.

I sent the flowers to my daughter to get before the weekend. They arrived, but she was not called, the flowers were dropped off in a lobby without contacting anyone. It was a Friday. They are probably still sitting there. Very disappointing. Wasted my money and the opportunity to bless my daughter.
No I won't use this service again.
