They called the place of business they balloons were being delivered to and told them they could not deliver before 7pm, why did you call the business and not me? Luckily one of the girls at the office called me to tell me you called there and gave that info. I called you and was told they would deliver here and my home around 6 pm. I got a call from my wife that they were delivered at 6:10 pm after the business closed, usually they are gone by that time just so happens they were not, I have no idea what would have happened had they already been gone? Anyway it isn't right to make promises to deliver if ordered at a certain time then not be able to do so, this just happened to work out not thru anything you did. I wont use your service anymore. It is very easy and the prices are great! Flowers are beautiful. They were for funeral and we sent them for our office. These were as pretty as the other flowers from other place that I had priced before ordering from you and about half the price!

My shopping experience was terrible. I ordered for a funeral, I placed the order the day before, early in the morning and specified the time of the day for the delivery (as requested by the website). When I checked with the funeral home my flowers had been received, from thereon I had my whole afternoon devoted to trace my order with "fromyouflowers.com" and the funeral home. Finally at the last minute since the service had already started my flowers were delivered. I would not recommend this company to any one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
