I liked the free shipping discount after I closed the order and decided that the handling fee was equal to 50% of the flowers arrangement. But you originally lost a star by negating the other discount that the arrangement originally had. The flower arrangement is lovely.

I wasnt ordering flowers since the shipping fees were higher than the flowers. I got an email that they were waiving the shipping fees. So I ordered the flowers hopefully I will be pleased and will continue ordering in the future. That was nice of them to allow me to try them.

You guys false advertise. I had to try and place my order several times, because i picked a certain one, thinking it was the sale price that was advertised, but when i got to check out, the price was jacked up to the original price. Bs!

I ordered a gift basket for my wife's birthday. I needed it deliver the next day... Fromyouflowers.com was willing to deliver when I needed it and when competitors would not.

My overall experience was great. However, I did order and pay for two balloons to be delivered with the gift basket. The balloons never made it, for which I was slightly disappointed. That being said, I contacted customer support concerning the missing balloons and they refunded the charge for them with very little hassle. Which as a customer, I really appreciated.

My wife really like the gift basket, by the way. She didn't miss the balloons one bit...

It is nice to be able to use a local florist when you need to send something to your child in college so far away.
Unfortunately they were unable to send the flowers on the day I requested due to the time that I placed the order but it was upgraded and delivered the next day and my daughter was very happy with the arrangement. Thank you for your quick service.

The added $14.99 Service/Handling Fee seems excessive and made me feel a little bit as if I'd been scammed. Since I'm ordering these flowers for my Dad's 80th birthday, I went ahead and made the purchase, but I'm disappointed that the price listed for the bouquet is so far from my actual bottom line cost.
