The added $14.99 Service/Handling Fee seems excessive and made me feel a little bit as if I'd been scammed. Since I'm ordering these flowers for my Dad's 80th birthday, I went ahead and made the purchase, but I'm disappointed that the price listed for the bouquet is so far from my actual bottom line cost.
You didn't spell my cousin's name correctly. Sort of ruins a birthday surprise when your name is wrong!

The NYC vendor who delivered the flowers walked into my daughters appt w/o knocking & she wasn't dressed & the lady didn't care & didn't leave so she could get dressed.The delivery time of day was good(before noon) but the lady who delivered them was unprofessional & the flowers didn't look as fresh. I also ordered flowers in another city in NY for my other daughter and they are beautiful although they didn't arrive until 7pm.
I was happy overall except the product delivered looked nothing like the photo of the flowers I chose.
I ordered the biggest bouquet and the flowers were sort of a disappointment with how small they actually ended up being.
The flowers were deeply appreciated by the family. Since the service was out of state and we did not attend, we did not see the arrangement, but we were told it was beautiful. Thank you for the excellent service, delivery and product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
