I paid extra money to have my flowers delivered within four hours and they arrived 6-7 hours after my guaranteed time. I had to ruin the surprise for my friend by asking if she received the flowers because she never sent me a message that she had received them. I paid a lot of money for a service that I was very disappointed with.
Hidden shipping and same day shipping were very expensive! I loved the site and selection, but we ordered as a group in hopes of saving money on shipping, but spent $45 on shipping to the SAME ADDRESS & $9 to have it delivered today. We could have ordered locally & it may have been a lot cheaper. I hope they show up and are better than expected! We are going to ask for pictures of our Angel girl with the flowers. Please make them special!
AFTER DELIVERY: I am very saddened that two of the arrangements did not look anything like what we ordered and there wasn't a balloon with each, as ordered. The morning after delivery the smallest was already withered up and depressing to look at. It would have been okay if the didn't look the same but they were VERY small arrangements, not as ordered. The third was a florists choice plant, which was their choice. We just wanted to help a dear friend through the 1st of several difficult and exceptionally painful operations. I don't feel we got our $170+ that we spent. Is there someone who can make this right so we can continue to use this site for her many upcoming surgeries?

I did not upgrade this agangement and it turned out pretty full! Not all the flowers where tr same as in the picture and the greenery was different but over all it was a nice arrangement. I would order it again!
I paid for the Premium upgrade and also paid the extra $4.99, to have the flowers delivered by 12:00PM, The flowers arrived after 12:00PM therefore, I was very dissatisfied with the delivery time and the quality of the flowers I ordered.
I had a little trouble at first. With my order not going through right away. I received an e-mail and was offered free shipping to complete my order. The order was delivered the next day and the receiver said the arrangement was lovely and had a nice variety of fruit and lovely plant. I am well pleased and will definitely tell others. Thank you!
So far it seems to be farley easy. The arrangements look nice and are reasonably priced.
