I expected the flowers to arrive before 6PM. They didn't arrive until 6:40.This was very disappointing because my wife had to leave at 6:15 for an appointment and wasn't there to receive them.
This is the first time I have used this site. It went quite well to order. However, I asked that the flowers be delivered on Monday, November 3. I received an e-mail on Monday telling me the flowers had been delivered, but my sister, to whom I sent the flowers, told me last night that they had not been delivered until Tuesday afternoon. I sent the flowers for a funeral ( I didn't know the address of the funeral home, so I sent them to my sister's home), and they did not receive the flowers until after they had come back from the funeral on Tuesday. I am very disappointed that they did not receive the flowers to take to the funeral home. My sister said there was a note attached to the flowers that said "must be delivered Monday morning," but that was not done.

The arrangement that my mother received were nothing like what was pictured. Thankfully she liked the arrangement anyway, but it was not what I thought I was paying for. Her favorite flower - the reason for the purchase - was included in the arrangement, and for that reason I was satisfied with my purchase.
The one complaint was: I could not find the flowers I ordered while at the 'viewing' because there was not a card on them with either my name or the name of the florist. They were the only ones without identification, but I recognized them from seeing them in your ad when I ordered them.
Wish discounts were easier to find and use.

I ordered flowers on Nov. 5th to be delivered on Nov 5th. I received a phone call stating there was an issue with delivery however they would upgrade the floral arrangement, call my mother-in-law with apology and have them delivered first thing on Nov. 6th. I agreed to all of that... They did call and apologize on Nov 5th. Nov 6th NOTHING was ever delivered...I called AGAIN and they told me that the florist did not have the flowers I had ordered but they would be there Fri. Nov 7th...My mother-in-law finally received her arrangement on Nov 7th but there was NO upgrade no apology...
So far, so good--let's hope it is a beautiful arrangement! Is there a way I could see a picture of it from the florist?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
