Quick, easy, and affordable
When the flowers were delivered it was cold. The flowers were left on the front porch. (My mom was not at home when the flowers were delivered.) They were not wrapped up in anything. I would think the flowers would have been covered with plastic wrap or in a box for protection.

The flowers were for a dear friend who is going to be laid up for a while. As soon as she got the flowers she phoned to tell me how GORGEOUS they are and how pleased she was to receive them. She described what kind of flowers were included and the colors. She gushed on and on, and I was delighted! I'm glad for the whole positive experience.

Paid for express delivery, came late (was reembursed).Colors I requested for my late daughter's birthday rosary weren't arraigned, second set of flowers were almost as bad. I was so disappointed, I have vowed never to use this site again and spread the word thru social media not to use.
I hardly see my grandmother nowadays because we moved far away many years ago. She's unfortunately had to deal with a lot of loss recently, and we thought she could use a pick-me-up on her birthday to remind her that, even though she's not surrounded by tons of people (though she has caring family nearby that absolutely tend to her as much as they can). So I shopped around, and as a man of modest means, felt overwhelmed. Fortunately, there was a sort of chef's choice option for birthday bouquets here at FromYouFlowers.com, and I picked it more or less on the big "best value" sticker and the pretty sample photo. My aunt, whose hosting her right now, posted pictures on Facebook and there are a bunch of beautiful, healthy fresh-looking high-quality flowers. They're almost as big as my grandma! I thought florists were supposed to be expensive high-markup places, but for what I got it's a deal of the century and there were zero service issues and no additional cost, despite delivering on less than a day's notice.
Please notify date and time delivered. I want to confirm the extra $ spent actually happened.

Your site was a bit misleading because when you click on an arrangement you want, if you don't re-set the "size" of arrangement you want, it defaults to a more expensive one and you don't realize it. This happened to me but as quickly resolved when Customer Service cancelled my first order and I had to go in and re-do it. Then, the arrangement my daughter received didn't look anything like the one on your site. It was still a beautiful arrangement and she was very happy with it so I didn't complain but it is something I will keep in mind if I order again. What is delivered should look like what was purchased otherwise what's the point of letting me pick one?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
