At first I felt it was easy to choose and check out. Just hoped the flowers were delivered as quickly and looked as good. Well, though I paid to have delivery within 4 hours they could not do that. However, they DID call to tell me that and that they would "upgrade" the bouquet. Flowers were delivered the next day and my daughter sent me a picture. The bouquet looked small and sort of "squished". It was definitely not how it was represented on the website.
Overall very satisfied with the order. To be able to place an order in the evening on line and have it delivered the next day is astounding! Following are a few points that would improve my shopping experience.
Paid for an expedited delivery that did not happen. Friendly customer service refunded the fee after I requested that they do so but I had to ask for my money back.
Would have liked an option to add a couple more accessories, Teddy Bears for the brother and sister but the option is not available on line.
Would like a better description of what the accessories to the flowers includes. Small, medium, large box of chocolates is not a useful nor meaningful description. Being able to determine the color of the teddy bear would be nice too. A picture is worth a thousand as the saying goes.
Didn't have the actual flower I ordered, they subtitute a different one.
So far I love the fact that I can place an order overnight and the fact that its affordable compared to other places
I sent this basket to my husband for his birthday. Seemed like a better alternative than flowers for a guy. He loved it! Delivered by the guaranteed time and had tons of good candy and snacks.

Photo of item was deceiving. What was shown is not the item that was delivered. Disappointing and $10 coupon is a lame solution. Probably won't recommend your service.
It was great and I wish they send the same flower i see in the picture :) cause it's beautiful.
I ordered online and was a little skeptical since the overall product doesn't always look similar once you receive your delivered items. Boy was I wrong and she was completely blown away with how good her roses looked on her birthday. Absolutely wonderful job.

Once the product was received it wasn't what I expected. Very different from the image on the site. The on site image showed a beautiful bright and full bouquet. The bouquet my mother received was pretty but not as vibrant nor full. Just not quite satisfied.
